  3. Deduction: If approved, a 3% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing fees.
  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions and Exceptions

  • Promotional Discounts: If the hosting service was purchased at a promotional discount, the refund will be calculated based on the promotional price.
  • Cancellation of Services: If you cancel your hosting service within the 7-day period but have registered a domain name as part of the service package, the standard rate for the domain name will be deducted from your refund. You will retain ownership of the domain name and can transfer it to another provider if desired.
